The Bom Dia supermarket chain with almost 40 branches has been the proud owner of a 215 kWp roof-mounted system equipped with Fronius Eco inverters since June 2017. The owner’s goal was to reduce energy costs, which, given the facts, has certainly been achieved. Half of the electricity generated is used for the company’s own needs.

“We chose Fronius inverters because they had the decisive safety features,”  says PV expert Diogo Martins Rosa of Platao Energia. Fronius Eco inverters have integrated, all-pole string fuse holders and an optional surge protection device, which eliminates the need for string collector boxes.
